Abstract
In department of Nuclear Medicine in-vivo 99mTc is usefulness radiopharmaceutical because this is due to its ideal physical and chemical properties. It is producted by use of 99Mo- 99mTc Generator system and it is intravenous injected. Therefore producted 99mTc needs to prove in radionuclide, biological properties.
We progress Q.C program with next procedures.

The first ; for biological safety pyrogen test (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate: LAL test), sterile test (bacterial, fungus), pH test performed biological properties.

The second ; for radionuclide purity MCA used energy peak to analyze, TLC method used for radiochemical purity, investigate changing of 99mTc-MDP labelling state.

After checking the properties, labeled 99mTc-MDP for clinical adaptation performed whole body bone imaging.
In result of biological properties ; LAL test, sterile test are indicated pyrogen-free, not being exstence micro organism and pH test is satisfied with guide line(pH = 6.3).

Also aspect of radionuclide properties energy center peak 140.5 keV, in TLC method Rf is 0.69 peak percentage was 100%.
Produced 99mTc was contended with under contain alumina 10 ppm. Either biological or radionuclide properties are to be good but passed the time labelled MDP decreased labelling rate. If periodic Q.C program performed, clinical information, radiopharmaceutical assurance were increased.
